I've built this GPS Speedometer with a CYD (Cheap Yellow Display) module that has touchscreen controls.
It has customizable speed range, units (km/h, mph, knots) and mileage function. It also displays accurate time from the satellite data.

Parts required:
1. 2.8" ESP32 CYD Board
Note: There are many clones of this board, you may buy the same model (ESP32-2432S028R) as I've used here to avoid setup error.
Download all required libraries :
i) lvgl (Only use v8.3.11)

ii) LovyanGFX (latest)
iii) TinyGPSPlus-ESP32
New to Arduino / ESP programming ?
Follow this PDF guideline for step by step process
Note: It takes about 10-15 minutes to compile the code first time. You need to wait for 2-5 minutes to get satellite signal after a cold start. Placing the GPS module indoor will reduce the signal reception. Mileage is saved in non volatile storage so powering off won’t erase the data.
